Christmas (weather) in July would be lovely

Who is ready for Christmas? Or snow? I would dearly love an icy breeze about now.
Best I can offer is: cool blue Winter Tales Papers are back in stock and TWO Christmas-themed sales!
Plus an old fave shrine kit is back in stock that was used for a rustic Christmas scene (and also for a mermaid shrine — no, not at the same time)! But obviously a versatile shrine.
AND and few more Christmas items are new or back in stock (and the Pie Crust Table from the rustic shrine): so a mix of Christmas goodies!
It’s a banner! It’s Tags! No wait, it’s Ornaments! by Design Team Member Lora Mahaffey!
Let’s start this art tour by revisiting the clever set of tags that Lora made with the Winter Tales Papers (that can be ornaments or gift box tags) that can also be displayed as a garland!
Here’s a brief intro from Lora’s blog post:
So, what is it? All of the above. I designed these tags so that they could be attached to garland or a stout ribbon and hug on anything that needs a bit of spiff. Hang the whole thing on your mantle or in a window, Christmas tree or door. Or divide them up and and hang them on your tree as ornaments, tags for a gift, anything you can think of. They are pretty enough to be the gift themselves. Hey, make a few pairs of really big earrings!
This is a pretty straight forward, easy project that I had a lot of fun with.
I had numerous sized tags from which to pick and I chose these large tags (6×3 inch) and the 4.5×3 inch tags because I liked the amount of space they had for the images I wanted to use. And by the way, I love the papers I had to play with. It is Stamperia’s Winter Tales and it is gorgeous, so go over to Alpha Stamps and get some! I think i may have used elements from just a bout every page in the pad. Love it!
You can see more photos (and a tutorial) on Lora’s blog post. And here’s her supply list.

More New or Back in Stock Goodies!
Beside that paper pad above (and the shrine and table — more info and art below): Here are a bunch of items from filigree to Christmas props!
More Artwork!
Both of the projects below were based on the Curio Cabinet Shrine Kit. (The finished cabinet is approx. 8″ wide x 8-1/2″ tall x 4-1/2″ deep.)
Although the shrine has 1 shelf, both Teri and Nichola put their cabinets together without the shelf to have more space to use inside (see the 2 art photos below).
Also back in stock is that Mahogany Pie Crust Table in the far right corner of Teri’s Rustic Christmas Curio Cabinet (in front of the tree and behind that tiny teddy bear). You can see more photos and read more in the original blog post and/or see Teri’s supply list.
Design Team Member Nichola Battilana made a Mermaid Shrine (below) with the same curio shrine (not only did she omit the middle shelf, she cut out the center vertical support so the shrine is even more like a room box). More info is in the original blog post and/or see Nichola’s supply list (not tons still available after so many years, but that sweet bronze mermaid pendant on the top is still here; and, of course, all the mermaids inside).
Wow! So there you are: Christmas or mermaids? And don’t forget to cool down with Winter goodies: 2 sales both end Tuesday night!
