New Twilight Kit

I love this kit! So much orange and black (and spiders and bats)… what else do you need?

This kit includes TEN items, starting with:
– The new Twilight 8×8 papers! (you’ll get 1 each of all 6 double-sided papers from this fun paper pad)
TWO new collage sheets (Mini Halloween Banners has a zillion options for making a tiny banner with fun retro images AND Coffin Skeletons with skeleton illustrations sized to fit the new Small Chunky Coffins — 2 of which are also in the kit!)
SIX bronze charms (from spiders to bats and a skull & crossbones!)

Go see the new kit for more info and more photos (plus more coordinating goodies and Design Team artwork are below).

The Three Little Kittens, They Turned Into Bats by Rhonda Thomas!

Design Team Member Rhonda Thomas made a haunted house book with the new Large Haunted House Shape Set (scroll down to see the book covers from Rhonda’s project; and note in the photo at left: she made a pocket to hold the black cat puppets (that have bat wings on one side and no wings on the other… these may be vampire cats)!

Creepy Halloween themed projects are the BEST! And I love my “treats” from Alpha Stamps. Especially the treats from the newest October Twilight Kit.

There is a house full of witches that are watching you. But there is more to that creepy house then what you can see in the windows. There are also a lot of black cats.

Three black cats to be exact. And they didn’t loose their mittens. They became bats! And you know what else? They sleep in coffins.

I used nothing but paper from the new Twilight 12×12 Paper Pad, skewers painted black and 3 cats from the Retro Halloween Cards & Tags Collage Sheet to create these kitten puppets.

I don’t know why I got so silly with this project, but I really enjoyed the process.

And I just have to mention that little guy with the top hat, because he came from my own personal collection of dolls. You can use him and other dolls from my studio in your own work thanks to the Creepy Dolls Collage Sheet.

Nice job, Rhonda! Be sure to visit Rhonda’s blog for more photos & info on those cats, and here’s her supply list!

Psst: an aside regarding the polymer clay canes that Rhonda sliced up to use on her fence and all over her roof (on the wide photo below): someone just bought 50 sets of that old cane mix so they are gone. 🙁  However, I’d suggest these alternates for Halloween-themed polymer clay canes:
Polymer Clay Cane – 5mm Halloween Gargoyle
Polymer Clay Black & White Checkerboard Cane
Polymer Clay Red Devil Cane
Polymer Clay Halloween Slice Mix

More New Halloween Goodies!

So many new things to mention today, they’re not all covered in the previews below (or shown above in the kit intro)! Click here to see all 14 of them!

Reminder: use Promo Code HALLOSALE when you check out! That will take an additional 10% off the sale prices already shown on the site (for all Halloween items, including the new ones)!
