It’s Never Too Late for Halloween

Black Cats and Acrobats by Miz Bella (Kimberly Ayers)!

Bella has had a flurry of Halloween-ness (Halloweeniness?) and I’m perfectly willing to show off Halloween projects a wee bit longer!

That project above is called Black Cats and Acrobats, and I’m particularly fond of the split Matchbox Ticket Journal that unfolds from the back of the haunted house (the photo across the bottom of that group is showing a work-in-progress photo that shows the pieces before they were glued to the back of the house).

For more info and photos of that project AND the Abracadabra mini shrine at left (what is happening there?) AND another mini shrine below (!) please visit Bella’s blog post. And here are 2 supply lists: one for the Black Cats and Acrobats and another that shows the ingredients used in the 2 mini shrines.

Note: I’ve picked out some treats from all of Bella’s projects to include in today’s Giveaway! More info below — and also see below for info about a FREE GIFT related to Bella’s haunted house above!

And an aside: the cute papers Bella used as backgrounds on the pic at left (and the other mini shrine below) are Vintage Halloween 2×2 Number Squares Scrapbook Paper (the polka dots) and Bewitched Scrapbook Paper – Spooky Night (the cloudy sky at left and the floral pattern below). And that crazy orange and black gingham plaid above is from the Vintage Halloween Collector’s Essential Kit.

New Products!

Don’t look now, but that first item is for Halloween OR Christmas! You can make a Santa skull (or an evil elf skull) with the hats, plus this set includes lots of useful little text stamps (like checkboxes for naughty or nice).

See all those lovely (and bright) colors of Art Foam above… well, here’s the dish:
Thin, colorful foam that can be cut and shaped to make flowers or leaves (or other small items). You can cut with scissors or dies (or a paper punch). You can use rubber stamp ink to subtly ink the edges of petals or leaves for a more realistic look. And you can heat the punched-out petals or leaves and form them (quickly) when still warm (and it doesn’t take much heat — yes, that middle pic at left is against a clothes iron). You can also add veins and texture to leaves by pressing the foam against real leaves (or floral leaves) when warm.

Hooray for the It’s Never Too Late for Halloween Giveaway!

Take a deep breath… I’m going to be jumping around a bit!

First, I’m including the Tiny Divination Cards Collage Sheet (for those acrobats in the windows of the Black Cats and Acrobats above). Plus the Mini Halloween Banner Half Sheet, for those cute pumpkin-headed kids on the accordion-fold panels of the Matchbox Ticket Journal – Black (that I’m including, too)!

Moving on to the Pumpkin Patch shrine at left (how cute!):
Mini Halloween Costumes Collage Sheet (for the witch riding over the pumpkin patch)
Clump Foliage – Fall Mix (for the pumpkin patch itself… as seen far under the flying witch)
Cat on Pumpkin Mini Shrine (the shrine itself!)

Finally, from the Abracadabra shrine above, the Reversible Clowns Collage Sheet (for the clown as magician who has mysteriously lost his feet inside the shrine?) and the Creepy Dolls Collage Sheet (for that cute little tyke inside the shrine).

And as a special FREE GIFT today: Even though the Nightfall Haunted House Kit just sold out, I have a few sets of the haunted house covers from that kit left over (that Bella used above for her haunted house — see photo at right). They are laser-cut fronts (and solid backs)… similar to the haunted house in the Mini Haunted House Covers but the solid-back version was only available in the kit. There are probably 15-20 sets left… so: first come, first served! ALL orders today (till I run out) will get a set of the haunted house covers FREE! (Plus a set is included in this Giveaway, too!)
