Keron Lee, Australia

I am a mixed media collage artist, primarily working in journals, altered books & on canvases, although anything that stands still is a candidate for altering. I live in Victoria, Australia, on the edge of a rainforest belt. I am an interior designer & run a renovation company with my dear husband, primarily doing make-overs of dated homes.

I have made a gradual progression of rubber stamping (I do not draw; therefore I stamp), folk art painting, scrapbooking, card making to collage & assemblage. Over the past few years I have made heaps of ATCs but as my studio space has increased I am experimenting on larger ‘canvases.’ I also dabble in lots of other hand crafts including fabric & fibre arts of children’s clothing, cloth dolls, bear making, embroidery & sewing.

My favorite mediums are: Paint (esp. Golden), Rubber stamping (I have been a stamper for 25+ years!), Senellier Artist Oil Pastels and Basic Grey Papers. You can see more of my artwork & learn of techniques I use on my blog at: http://thecolourguru.wordpress.com/
Some collage sheets designed by Keron are under the name Artistic Narratives by Keron Lee.
