Chandelier Crystals

Beautiful imported German crystal "beads" (a bit large for a bead). 37mm x 26mm (almost 1-1/2" tall). 8mm thick.

These have a flat back, so you could adhere a collage on the back (the glass will distort the image a bit, but that might be just the look you're after).

Porcelain Lucky Cats

Attract good luck with Maneki Neko, or beckoning cat porcelain beads ("beads" in quotes as the largest size is probably too large for jewelry... but would be great for a shrine). The "lucky cat" is commonly used in Japanese and Chinese businesses to draw in customers and promote good fortune. With at least one raised paw, the cat appears to be waving, beckoning visitors. Handmade: size, shape and colors may vary.

A vivid mix of color, blending chocolate brown, rich espresso, cherry and burnt orange. Red and black agate beads have slight banding that varies on each bead. And, as you can see in the second photo, the colors vary by lot. Dyed/heated.

Magnesite Beads

The larger ones are 16mm and are a beautiful light blue/green color. The dark to light brown veining natually occurs in magnesite.

The smaller ones are 12mm and are dyed to a beautiful blue-green color resembling natural turquoise.

Both sizes are stabilized for added strength. (Stabilization is the use of a colorless bonding agent (commonly plastic) with a porous gemstone to give it durability and improve appearance.)

16mm Open Round Cloisonne Beads

Cloisonne is an ancient metalworking technique. Cloisonne beads are created by affixing a metal wire to the base bead to act as a color separator. A powdered colored glass enamel is then painted between the partitions and then fired to melt the glass.

Cathedral Beads

Spectacular "cathedral" pressed glass beads from the Czech Republic (made by pressing the bead in a steel mold, coating with color, then grinding and polishing each facet to reveal the base). The ornate metallic texture on each end of the faceted bead resembles a sparkling bead cap. Size and shape may vary slightly and color may vary from dye lot to dye lot.
