A Study in Contrasts: A Spring Coach & Andy Skinner

Filed under Art Projects, Bella Ayers, Giveaways, Mr. Bunny's Egg House, Rubber Stamps, Sale, Steampunk

Design Team Coordinator Miz Bella (Kimberly Ayers) has made a lovely liitle coach (covered in flowers) and we have a bunch of new Andy Skinner transfers (rub-ons) and rubber stamps (and some related paper pads and gears). Plus a related sale and a Giveaway!

And happy spring! It’s early this year (the earliest spring in over 100 years)… all the weedy astronomical details.

Diving in to Bella’s sweet (pink) Spring Tea:

The current kit from Alpha Stamps is Mr. Bunny’s Egg House. It is sooooo cute! Retro bunnies, chicks abound and it just so happened that I had the Mini Cinderella Coach sitting around; already put together begging to be finished.

Initially I had created a seat on each side of the carriage, but when I decided to put in my teenie weenie vintage doll I had to pull out one of the benches, which made room for a tea table full of resin cakes (and a cup of tea).

Nice work, Bella! And be sure to check the Giveaway below, too, for another photo of the flipside of the coach (with a white rabbit… footman?)! See a photo of that vintage porcelain doll below, too.

Read more (and see more photos — and tips, like building the little table inside) in Bella’s blog post and here’s the Spring Tea Supply List!

What is NEW today?

New items from Andy Skinner! Plus the Metal Textures Paper Pads (in 2 sizes) and the gears just seemed like good options to mix in, too! See everything new today and see the Steampunk Sale below!

Steampunk Theme ON SALE!

30% off on EVERYTHING Steampunk Themed!

Psst: anything on clearance or a collage sheet or a digital image in this collection is marked down to 50% off!

The sale ends at midnight PST, FRIDAY night, March 20th.

Over 80 items! See the entire sale collection here!

Hooray for the Spring Tea Coach Giveaway!

But first, a couple more photos… like that vintage doll Bella put into her coach. And a close-up of the cake and cookies inside. Oh, and below is the other side of the coach, with the rabbit from the Cottontail 6×6 Paper Pad.

EVERYTHING in Bella’s Supply List is included in today’s Giveaway! That’s 17 items! Wow… what will you make?

Note: As there is a March Kit included in the Giveaway, any items that are part of the kit (and also listed separately in the supply list) will only be included once.

To enter the Spring Tea Coach Giveaway drawing all you have to do is leave a comment BELOW on this blog post TODAY or TOMORROW (the deadline is 11:59 pm PST, FRIDAY Night, March 20, 2020).

Note: I’m waiting on my hosting company to finish up work on a new server I’ll be moving the blog to. If things look odd or your comments suddently disappear: don’t dismay! I’ll have admin access to the comments on both the old and new locations for the blog so I’ll count your comments as entries for the drawing.

Don’t forget to leave your (hello!) correct email address, too, so I can contact the winner; your email address does not need to be made public. Note: I’m offering free shipping, too, but only within the USA. International shipping will still apply.

Please be patient! Spammers try to post crap here a lot so comments are moderated. So if you don’t see your post in the comments section, be patient and check back in a few hours before re-posting it, please!

After midnight, I’ll randomly pick the winner (via Random.org).

Speaking of Giveaways, we have the winner to announce from the last newsletter. The Bunny Love Giveaway winner is Laural Svoboda! Check your email for info about your prize package!

  2. Pat Stoughton says:

Instead of cute, I could see this carriage as being owned by a black rabbit who intends to wreak havoc on the nearby village. There would be an “air of Halloween” throughout the scene. And, of course, there would have to be a hero who saves the day.
