Sugary sweet new artwork plus miniatures sale!

Before I show off Design Team Member Rhonda Thomas’s sweet Display of Yummy Treats, here’s a preview of the new album kit also in Rhonda’s artwork: Bracket Edge Double Book Set. Wow! This set of scored chipboard pieces folds up into a unique set (a big folder with deep pockets and fancy bracket edges plus 2 books that fit inside the pockets).

Wow! There is so much sweetness going on here! I love the new resin ice cream cabs (2 new designs and one is on the cover shown at right — hint: Rhonda painted 2 of them to match her favorite Neapolitan color palette)!

I love the combination of Neapolitan colors, pink, brown, and cream. When I saw this adorable Confection Sweet Treats paper collection over at Alpha Stamps, I had this sudden urge to make a yummy book of treats.

I have put aside some of my favorite candy rappers, being the obsessed Junk Journaler that I am, and also have a few vintage goodies that I thought would look great within this double journal book.

Actually it’s two books of treats within a book. How cool is that! (Psst: scroll down just a bit to see a wide photo showing both books in the inside pockets.)

I recently purchased a large lot of vintage ephemera that included several recipe cards. I decided to take out a few that had desserts listed and added them to the a few different pages. Plus, some slip out from envelopes I created.
