(Another!) HALLOWEEN Kit, Related Extras & New Artwork!

New Kit!

It’s almost October and that means time for a Halloween kit!

The new Nightfall Haunted House Kit includes a set of chipboard haunted house shapes (a front cover with windows & doors cut out) and a solid back piece. AND those windows… there’s one round and two rectangular window holes cut to match glass cabochons! (And multiple styles of glass cabochons in the sizes to fit these windows are included in the kit, too!)

Note: there’s another new set of Mini Haunted House Covers related to the set in this kit, plus these covers are sized so that you could use them with the Mini Haunted House Chipboard Set (and see artwork by Design Team Member Rhonda Secrist Thomas below for an adorable Haunted House mini book using that combo)!

The kit also includes a new collage sheet: Halloween Pendants, with images to fit 14mm, 18mm and 25mm diameter round cabochons (and 10x25mm rectangular cabs) plus some for 1″ x 2″ glass or dominoes.

AND the kit includes 6 double-sided 6″ x 6″ scrapbook papers: all 6 designs from the new Nightfall 6×6 Paper Pad!

Go see the new kit for more info and more photos.

New Artwork: Welcome To My Haunted House by Rhonda Secrist Thomas!

How fun! Design Team Member Rhonda Secrist Thomas made this quick and colorful (and small… only about 5″ tall) Haunted House book by mixing the new chipboard covers with pages from the Mini Haunted House Chipboard Set (and lots of papers from both sizes of the new Nightfall paper pads).

See the “BOO” and black cat in the rectangular windows above (right side of the wide photo)? Both of those images are from the new Halloween Pendants Collage Sheet. I love the bright red/orange color (and white dots) Rhonda added to the rectanglar chipboard frames around those windows, too!

I kinda started from the middle and worked my way out in the order of my photos… scroll down just a bit to see the covers (front cover on the right side).

From Rhonda’s blog post:

I have lots of round and oval cabochons, but not rectangular. These are a wonderful addition to create with and you can even get these rectangular frames that fit around nicely. I painted these a deep orange and then used a white gel pen to add some depth and detail.

And a note about the white gel pen: beside the fun outlines and polka dots Rhonda added… the window details on the front cover are bones!

Beside these 2 photos of Rhonda’s project, there’s another photo down in the Giveaway section, where you can enter to win bunches of goodies from Rhonda’s supply list! And be sure to visit Rhonda’s blog for more photos and tips!
