Moroccan Beauty Shrine by Rhonda Thomas! Filigree SALE!

I love the colors and mixed textures/patterns in this Moroccan Beauty shrine by Design Team Member Rhonda Thomas! Rhonda used the new 6 Inch Tall Decorative Screen as the base, and mixed in chipboard trims, scrapbook paper, metal filigree and a central collage sheet image.

Today I am sharing a project with you that looks as if I spent hours of detailed work to complete it. But it didn’t take long at all. With a few chipboard designs (some of which are included in the April Moroccan Doorways Kit) and a few little extras, I made this “Moroccan Beauty” in a single afternoon.
I started with the House Shaped ATC Frame Set which only needed a single paper choice from the Spice Market 12×12 Collection Kit. I fell in love with these papers immediately.
I then added two of the Onion Dome Frame Toppers (comes as a set of three) which I painted with acrylic paints. I also used the included Moroccan Frame (also painted) and this beauty from the Odalisque ATCs Collage Sheet.

Cutting up the Chipboard Mandala and layering it with a snip from the Stained Glass Border (and the Patina Filigree Heart Charm and 35mm Round Flower Filigree) is just perfect with the Moroccan theme!

I was just talking with a friend this morning about the teaching of geometry to my third graders that I am doing through distance learning. The doorways and frame remind me of the wonders of geometry.
