New Fairies & Miniatures… and Halloween art, too!

Wow indeed! From cute to creepy! (Just look at that green guy with all the TEETH!)
Here’s a bit from Nichola’s blog post:
I went a little mad scientist and used a few different techniques on the wee things.
I used everything from a simple crackle glue finish (instructions here) to a glitter-smothered facade.
I think that both the simple finishes and painterly pieces look spookadellic and despite not being completely matchy-poo look well grouped together.

Oh, that Nichola! Not only her FIVE mini Halloween shrines above, but look at the cute fairy matchbox made with her new Matchbox Fairies Collage Sheet! As Nichola explains:
“I am smitten with making these wee matchboxes with lovely little fairies inside! They’re so much fun, chocked full of magic, and relatively quick to make. And honestly, how gorgeous would these be as stocking stuffers or favors?!?!”
There are six different tiny vintage ballerinas on this sheet, and they are repeated and reversed to give you some extra options. There are a SLEW of butterflies and wings to choose from. Plus some sentiments and words and crests. There’s also a template for making the matchbox. It’s totally jam packed and everything is perfectly size to fit together.
