Let’s Have Some Color!

Filed under Art Projects, Collage Sheets, Easter Egg Shadowbox Kit, Flowers, Giveaways, Sale, Shannon Cooper

That talented Design Team Member Shannon Cooper has made 2 Easter boxes for today’s newsletter. But I’m smitten by that little rabbit sitting atop a tiny tin (on a thread spool)… see right and the wide photo below.

He (and the whole totem he’s part of) are so small! He fits inside the 3.5×5.5 Mini Shadowbox (with the matching Mini Shadowbox Lid – Chocolate Bunny), decorated as a gift box. What a lovely gift that would be to receive… and an aside: Shannon makes the prettiest bows!

Note the sides of the box lid: they look like eyelet (cute and easy as Shannon just added dots in the center of each scallop pre-cut on the sides).

Shannon also provides a super-easy tutorial for making that multi-color crepe paper fringe that’s around the top of the spool.

The rabbit himself is from the Happy Easter Collage Sheet. You can see the rest of the supply list here.

And more photos in Shannon’s blog post.

New Sale and New FREE Gift Kit

Everything in the Easter Collage Sheets section is on sale at 50% off — the sale ends MONDAY night, March 12th 2018. (That includes tons of cute chicks and rabbits… and also ladies in Easter bonnets!)

And there’s a new Spring Oval Bookmark Set FREE Gift Kit!! All orders now through Monday night (March 12, 2018) will receive this special gift:
– one of the Bronze Bookmark with Oval Setting, plus:
– a matching 25x18mm Glass Cabochons
AND one of the new Spring Pendants Mini Collage Sheets! So many options in this sheet: from flowers to fairies to birds & bees… they’d be right at home in a mini bouquet or on a hat.

You could make one as a bookmark…. but they could be used as a “photo stick pin” in a collage or a bouquet… and Laura Carson used one of these bookmarks with some additional filigree (a couple Christmases ago) as a festive hostess gift… lots of ideas!
