New Tim Holtz & The Archivist (And TWO French Giveaway Drawings!)

Today’s art project has been created by Shanna Shands! Before I go into Shanna’s project, here’s a little bit about Shanna:
“I am a stay-at-home mom who loves to cook, bake, and watch Disney movies with my kids. Anytime I am not cooking, cleaning, and in full blown mommy mode I get to craft.
‘I started out with scrapbooking but then I fell in love with card making using stamps and coloring them with Copics. (Hi I am Shanna and I am a Copic addict!) Then I heard of this thing called online art classes, FREE online classes, and I never turned back after my trip down the rabbit hole into a land of creative freedom! I love every style from dark to light, inky messes to clean and simple. I love to dabble in it all — scrapbooking, mini albums, jewelry, art-journaling, 3D creations, and cards.
Anything I create I love to share and inspire others with; no matter how new or old you are to creating I believe each and every one of us brings something special to the table to share.”
WHAT a coincidence! **I** also love to cook, bake, and watch Disney movies with my kids, but I have no idea what this cleaning thing is that Shanna speaks of. Well… no time to look into it now because it’s time to check out Shanna’s Tea Time Theatre!
Using the Marie in Wonderland Kit, Shanna created a Tea Time Theatre that even Miz Marie Antoinette would be sweet on. The “stage” of the theatre are actually the Tiny Paper Mache Boxes, sans lids, used to create a stand then painted with Metallic Distress Paints. Shanna said:
“I used some of the Acrylic Flower & Leaf Mix to create ultra mini pastries to mix up with Mini Strawberry Cake and Mini Heart Tart Cake (some of us don’t get to eat a lot of sweets)! Using ICE Resin, I made bows using the Mini Bows Silicone Mold to top off the ladies from the Marie Takes Tea Collage Sheet. After the resin set I painted them with Distress Paints as well.”
Shanna put the lids of the Tiny Paper Mache Boxes back behind the dresses using other pieces cut out from the Marie Takes Tea Collage Sheet to show a table top style setting — one for tea and one for cakes.
