Haunted Houses in 2 Sizes, New Halloween Papers, Spider Web GIFT

THREE art samples of haunted houses today (on 2 different sizes of flat chipboard haunted house shapes)… which inspired new Halloween papers to wallpaper your houses!
There are also a few new charms, like those new Mini Silver Skeleton Hand Charms at right: Double-sided so you can use facing left or right.

TWO Haunted Houses by Nichola Battilana!
Both houses are made with shapes from the Large Haunted House Chipboard Set. And both seem haunted by little imps whispering dark words. (It’s a bit hard to read at that size, but the house in the bottom left says: Then slowly, slowly in a queer scary voice, “What’s your trouble?”)
Nichola also added extra trims to look like windows and towers, but this time they’re images from the More Old Windows Collage Sheet (and/or you could use the images from the related Old Windows & Doors Set Download).
The Black Dresden along the building tops as a widow’s walk is inspired! And the tiny cobwebs over the Chipboard Gates are perfect for this creepy set of houses (hint: thin strands of hot glue).

New Halloween Papers
FOUR NEW spooky sets of mini paper pads… each perfect for background images on some flat haunted houses. Each pad has papers approx. 7″ x 5″ (images are two per sheet so each image is about 3-1/2″ x 5″). AND each pad has 32 sheets (2 each of 16 designs).

2 Projects using the Mini Haunted House Set
The Mini Haunted House Chipboard Set is back in stock! How adorable! A tiny 1/2-size version of the houses, windows (and bonus: pediments) from the Large Haunted House Chipboard Set. Set of 10 pieces.
First project: Around the Skellie Neighborhood by Susan Killam!
Weee! It’s creepy yet colorful! I love this project by Susan… easy to make to get your decorating (or gift-giving) done fast.
I’ve used linen hinging tape painted black to bind the houses together.
Dresden trim of all sorts as well as gold paint highlight the roof lines.
The skeletons are fussy-cut and adhered with adhesive foam. There are two layers of foam on a few to pop them up more than their companions.
Nice job, Susan! All those skeletons look great cut out… btw, here’s more from that skeleton series.

Second project: Creepy Little Row Houses by Teri Calia!

I love how Teri has all of the houses laid out, with spatterings of text from the Creepy Words Collage Sheet.
Teri used lots of the architectural images designed for this mini chipboard set: from the Mini Old Windows & Doors and Mini Gothic Architecture Collage Sheets (mixed with some simple triangles cut from scrapbook papers to add more roof shapes).
Plus those creepy little witches!
