New Halloween Art by Kristin Batsel! New Minis & Retro TVs on SALE!

Hooray! New Halloween artwork! Design Team Member Kristin Batsel made a delightful The Halloween Special on BTV (that’s Brownie TV) using fairy collage sheets from the August Kit.
And I picked out another Tiny TV project (also by Kristin) that’s highlighted below in the sale section (after a large group of new miniatures)!

Such a cute and clever “TV show”! Here’s a bit from Kristin’s blog post:
Let’s see what’s playing on BTV (Brownie TV). I am a huge fan of Palmer Cox’s illustrations of Brownies, so I am totally in love with Alpha Stamps’ new collage sheets featuring them at Halloween. Those Brownies should be on TV! For this project, I used an Altoids Tin TV, and covered it with scrapbook papers. A couple of toothpicks make the perfect antennas.
I used a thin strip of sturdy scrapbook paper to make the TV 3d. The Brownie images are attached to the background with foam tape, and a mossy ground and some pumpkins were added. To fit the pumpkins in, I cut them in half with a box cutter. If you apply slow gentle pressure, they divide fairly easily. They’re attached with white glue. I made one into a jack o’ lantern using a thin tipped Sharpie.
Clever! (Both making the TV any depth instead of inserting a tin, AND cutting a pumpkin pod in half). Read more in Kristin’s blog post and/or see the supply list (and remember all those items are on sale — see the bottom of this post for more info AND another project by Kristin)!
