New Design Team Members & Bella Rouge Collection

A big announcement before Miz Bella (Kim Ayers) introduces TWO projects by Shannon Cooper.
NEW 2015 Design Team Members
Please join us in giving a warm welcome to 3 wonderfully talented ladies who have joined our team:

We look forward to introducing each new member in future weeks!
We are excited to introduce the Guest Designer for February, Miz Shannon Cooper. There’s also a bit of a twist with Shannon (aside from her twisted sense of humor) and that is — she’s also one of our NEW Design Team Members! We think you’ll love Shannon’s artwork as much as we do and that you will also be looking forward to seeing more of her projects. To get a taste of her sweet and sassy style, we have two projects for you with Shannon using the Cute As A Button Kit and Add-On Kit for her adorable creations.
For Shannon’s Cute As A Button Tin she said:
“First I used a Blank Altoid Tin using one of the Big Eye Anime Cat Buttons, which are just too funny! I decided he needed to be the center of attention, so I used a lovely image from the Thread Trading Card Cuties Collage Sheet to frame the button. The paper used on the tin came from the Sew Lovely 6×6 Paper Pad and the 6mm Doll Buttons became the base for the stamped “cute as a button” title.
The tin topper includes a painted Wood Mini Spool, a vintage satin button, and a bow made from Seam Binding. The base is a larger spool covered with more of the Sew Lovely Paper and a tiny flower. I couldn’t get enough of that paper!”
Next Shannon made some Purrfectly Silly Tags (as gift tags with washing instructions for some hand-knitted hats) that anyone would love to receive on a lovely little gift. I love all of the vintage kittens and the funny little sayings (aka: bad puns!) that are written on the tags. My favorite one is the little kitten washing his mittens and how Shannon used the Micro Beads – Clear for the bubbles. So cute!
