Chipboard Fireplaces & Tiny Stockings + Giveaway!

Hey, we have a treat today: Design Team Coordinator Miz Bella (Kim Ayers) has made some artwork (herself!), using the New and On Sale! Mini Chipboard Fireplace Mantel Die-Cuts!
The chipboard fireplace die-cuts are an Alpha Stamps exclusive and were designed to be used as a fireplace (and sized small enough for an ATC), but can also have ornate trim added to the top (and/or extra side columns) and become a tiny theatre.
Bella made 2 adorable little scenes, at right, and they’re so cute and so easy: just some scrapbook paper to cover the chipboard, add a bit of trim (like the Mini Red Pip Berry Garland, satin pleated ribbon from the Christmas Mini Trim Pack, or Tiny Green Leaf Garland), add some Mini Holiday Stockings Stickers, and a few extra embellishments (like Santa toasting — from the Retro Christmas Collage Sheet — or the tree from the Retro Bottle Brush Tree Set wrapped with some Tinsel Cording – Red).
And how cute is that! Bella used one of the stocking stickers (upside-down) as a hat on that dapper mouse’s head! (The mouse is from the 3 Blind Mice Collage Sheet — also included in today’s Giveaway, below!)

Hooray! A Fireplace Stockings Giveaway! Beside the items that Bella used in her artwork (see photo below), Miz Meghan pulled a few (!) extra items she thinks would be fun to mix into your own little scene with a fireplace! (See larger photo at right… and don’t you think we’re all benefiting from Meghan being a bit of a frustrated artist?) Love the fireplace. I have been looking for a way to safely decorate my pet rats’ cage. The little fireplace, with stockings filled with Yogies, would be perfect. I would love to add the sweet mouse to the whole setup.

What an adorable pack of goodies! My kids had pet rats for years. I hated them, but finally grew kind of fond of them. Used to wash them and fluff them up until they sparkled like bunnies. If only the rats would have worn cute Christmas hats!
