Design Team Showcase: Rhonda Secrist Thomas

Rhonda Secrist Thomas is one of the Alpha Stamps Design Team Members who happens to have a penchant for all things Marie Antoinette and loves anything relating to Paris. Don’t let Rhonda’s sweet face fool you though – not everything she creates is bejeweled, glittered and Parisian!
Just between us, I happen to know that Rhonda shares the same obsession for old, creepy doll heads as I do and she has a wicked sense of humor! Sssshhh!!
I’m a SAHM of two little girls and a former teacher that has been creating art for as long as I can remember. I love to create using vintage items such as old ledger pages, interesting bits of metal, game pieces or whatever item I find that strikes my interest. The more types of materials in something I create the better!
I have a constant desire to learn new techniques and I don’t think I could ever have too many doll heads, art supplies or ephemera. You might say that I am obsessed with all things French including old receipts, pictures, souvenirs, the Eiffel Tower and so much more!
I have always loved what Alpha Stamps has to offer and am really looking forward to this new chapter of my artistic life. For me, creating is my therapy and my “me time”.
