It's a little early for Halloween but a few skulls & bats have wandered into today's newsletter. And some brass watch faces/gears (and clear stamps) that would be perfect for a grungy/steampunk project.

Lily of the Valley Charms
55 x 14mm. Raw brass (or dark patinaed brass). All brass is lead free and made in USA. Note: the raw brass version does not have a hole (and, yes, I am holding it upside-down in the photo... but I like it as a filigree/decorative element, too).

Lille Clear Stamp Set
A nice selection of images: french text (typed & handwritten), a bird, music, faux postage, vintage maps... and big bold words like "ABUNDANCE" and "BEAUTIFUL". 7-1/2" by 5-1/2" set (19 individual stamps!)

Small Capre Leaves
Beautiful leaves with a horizontal hole for stringing. Clear glass with a metallic coating on one side (so each side of the leaf has a different color and reflectivity, ranging from peach to copper). 10x6mm.

Small White Bone Flowers
Beautiful, hand-carved white bone flower beads. 13mm diameter.

Violet Garden Heart
42 x 36mm. Dark vintage patinaed lead- and nickel-free brass. Made in the USA.

Note the example at far left, by Design Team Coordinator Miz Bella (Kim Ayers), of how beautiful these dark patina pieces look with a bit of Rub 'n Buff or metallic paint.

Large Brass Octopus
Raw brass (lead free and made in USA). Artwork (with the octopus as hair!) by Guest Designer Wendy Anderson. More info about her book is on the product's page.

2 Clear Stamp Sets
Both are sets of 9 "inchie" clear stamps (1" square) plus an acrylic mounting block.

Use one image repeatedly for a background (or mix some for a checkerboard effect, skipping every-other square).

Clock Face With Hole
Embossed with vintage Roman numerals. Raw brass (lead free and made in USA). 25mm diameter

Mixed Brass Ball Chain - in 2 sizes
2.4mm OR 1.5mm in diameter (the larger photo shows me holding a mix of both sizes). The connectors from the 1.8mm ball chain will fit both of these sizes. The small size is really tiny... but perfect for gluing around the inside of a pendant frame or other decorative uses.

Skull Tattoos Ribbon
7/8" wide woven polyester ribbon. Nicely done.

Large Verdigris Bat
Nice large bat (with a really round belly). The dark verdigris patina is handcrafted and no two charms are exactly the same. The pieces have been sealed and buffed with a light wax finish.

Long Brass Bat
As you can see, you can carefully bend it (him?) to form a bracelet (I'd add holes and a short chain/toggle to finish).

Raw brass (lead free and made in USA). Approx. 4-5/8" x 5/8"

Miscellaneous

Square Basic Pin
The finished piece measures just under 1-3/4" x 1-3/4". The thickness varies depending on how many pieces you stack. As you can see by the samples, you can vary the alignment of the inset squares, too.

Laser-cut 1/8" masonite. Glue together (with the tiniest bit of white glue). More instructions are printed on the package.

Fairy Princess Charm Set
5 charms include: a carriage made from a pumpkin with leaves and vines/tendrils, a frog wearing a crown, a high heel, a flat but detailed castle, and a crown with hearts. Antiqued silver-plated metal. Sizes vary from about 18mm to 25mm.
